What an incredible week at Partner Summit 2024! The energy was electric, both in person and through our digital experience as we came together to shape the future of technology. Cisco 360 Partner Program

This year at the Partner Summit we revealed one of our biggest announcements yet – a new one Cisco 360 Partner Program. The Cisco 360 Partner Program was created in response to the radically different ways our customers use technology and innovation to help them modernize their infrastructure, support AI workloads, and maintain security and resilience.

Cisco and our partners have the opportunity and responsibility to deliver exponential value to customers in a world transformed by artificial intelligence. The Cisco 360 Partner Program is a structured approach to differentiating partner value and increasing customer preferences. We want to recognize the strengths of partners across industries and across our portfolio – and this new program enhances our ability to do just that.

The Cisco 360 Partner Program was created with partners for partners. With this new program we are:

  • Transforming partner success factors across our ecosystem towards an inclusive, holistic framework anchored by customer outcomes and growth.
  • Elevating what it means to be a Cisco partner, enhancing the differentiated value proposition for partners, and increasing customer awareness and preference.
  • Upgrading the partner experience, simplifying across partner touchpoints and providing new ways for partners to plan and track performance across the ecosystem.

The program will launch on 1 February 2026, so you will have plenty of time to prepare and we have dedicated resources to help you with the transition.

How we equip you for the AI ​​era
